Chalet part 1 As promise im going to post this week event. its gonna be a very long post...
In short: 25-27 Aug Poly 3rd sem Class Chalet plus celebrate sept babies bdae
Preparation. Rmb one of the post i said i went tpy with my sis to get some stuff... Lols. i went to get some customise presents. As i find its cute so i buy one for myself too. hehe.
During exam that time alr start to prepare. bought falaha, yvonne, tzewen, shilam and Mr Tan teacher day present. and partial of Johnson and Charmaine present. falaha din went chalet, so i passed her on last day of exam.
23 Aug. Sat Early in the morning went chinatown market with my grandma to buy sotong, prawn and stingray. Unfourtunately no stingray, den later we went boonkeng, woots, got stingray, and buy chilli, cos yvonne say the chilli not spicy de. damn tired.
cos wake up damn early in the morning. den grandma help me to wash the sotong and cut the prawn head.
afternoon went tpy walk walk, sister wanna buy pant for her dance exam. den i saw this star jacket. feel like buying but scare kana scolding frm my mum. cos i gt 4 jacket/cardigan alr. end up wen i decided to buy...
we saw this guy wearing this star jacket. my sis say: Look OK wat, the jacket, wat happen if that guy wearing the last piece." her wu ya zui. really last piece leh. den the saleperson tell me tmr (sun) go again cos got stock.
24 Aug. Sunday Went market with my mum to buy chicken wings. and den mum marinate it. HAd my fav ban mian for lunch. weeeeee. packed chalet things and settle on all present including wrapping it. washed the tongs and find the extra spoon and fork.
Noon send sms to inform the rest abt the meeting time and where.
Ard 5pm went tpy with my brother. it was raining and we din took bus. cos my ez-link left not much money cos of the chalet, and still have to left to board mRt to woodland the next day. so we walk there.rain damn heavy and my bro small umbrella is indeed too small. so we both ended up wet wet de.
i wanna go buy jacket but haha. no stock again. this time i asked wat time the shop open. she say ard 10.30-11am. Good, i'll come ard that timing.
so as it was raining, buy corn soup and cheesecake(share with my sis) den help her buy bubble tea, and we came back.
At night settle on chalet loose end. called the girls to make sure they noe how to sing the bdae song. and tell them abt the surprise... Msn with shilam, alvin. on the mahjong, meeting time and such. and bh, ening to ask/confirm with them if they going chalet. pack bag and stuff.
25 Aug-morning. double check damn many times on things to bring. cos too many things alr. i scare i forget to bring. At last min i den rmb my toothbrush, disposable bag and my charger. morning wake up damn early too. ard 7 plus ... wake up, wash up and watch fated last esp. den bathe and walk to tpy to take mrt which took me 30mins and den mrt-ed to woodland.

reached Admirately, walked to the factory. *walk cos ezlink money deplete fast. still have to save to come back frm chalet which was exactly half way of sembawang and admirately mrt station.
on the way took some pics... meet grandma buy satay, and grandma say she sponsor otak. three-cheers to her. den went back. bus and mrt to tpy. woots. i went to buy the jacket. Yay like so FINALLY gt stock. *well that's of cos... cos wen i reached the shop just open. i buy star de den i help my sister buy mickey de.
da bao, xiao bao i went back home. eat lunch... minutes later meet yvonne. at shaw, acc her eat lunch. den went home. minutes later, jiamin and caroline came. had a shock. cos i heard noise outside wen i go out and take a look was shock by jiamin.
My dad say sponsor us 6 cans of tiger beer. soon after, we went down board taxis. The present was nicely hidden in the paper bag. luckly yvonne nvr ask anything. shilam and tze wen are not as close as with me as yvonne so its easier for yvonne to find out the surprise party.
cabbed down. checkin. and soon after alvin and ening reached. while im still mopping the floor. caroline downstair. i took upstair plus the stairs. each mopped twice. while jiamin and yvonne wrap stingray
we split into two groups. 3-3. jiamin, yvonne and ening stay in chalet+ book bbq pit me, caroline and alvin walk to ntuc buy the remaining stuff and book cake. to my surprise i saw SHILI!!! sec sch choir-mate while walking towards the back gate of the chalet. so shocked larhs. like that also can meet sec sch friend. shilam went directly to chalet. bh came and meet us and we walked back frm white sand to the chalet. Meanwhile, I brief alvin and bh abt the bdae song, and what happening later
On the way back, i meet shirley, tzewen and shirui and bring them in. everybody reached.. 12 in total. den we wrap the sotong and corn. this time round, shirley, tzewen, shirui, ening, yvonne and me helped in wrapping so its like faster. den jiamin and the rest of the guys start the fire. the next chalet de ppl like dunno how to start fire. a lot of smoke and den also very nosiy....
soon start BBQ. throughout the night, im like a commandor. ordering them to bring plate. and den clear the table. clear this clear that. i also gt cleared larhs. i cleared the table. the table always messy cos they nvr throw away the aluminium foil after they finish the food. im like always busy
Typical YAnlin in chalet =***floor must be clean at all times = cup must write name. = each cup cannot throw away. = cup throw away mean u no cup liao. = cup taken frm amazing race de. but dun worry its clean. its those unused cups.
= plate can be reused, den reused... ahboh wasted. haha.
tongs, spoon and fork are frm last chalet de. all those unused spoon and fork. tongs i washed until clean clean de. Like that can save a lot on the cost. the oil/butter brush is of cos new de.
Ok back to the topic, took turns to bbq. until ard 8 im tired. cos i stand long hrs at the bbq. keep bbq-ing. den went upstair, inform caroline, jiamin, ening darui, shirley, one by one and give them the pop-pop thing.
soon went out with jiamin i did bring along all those present. and den we bused to white sand took cake, buy sparkling juice and knife and bus back. cos swensen dun provide knife. puff.
we lighted up the candles. jiamin gt scared by one frog. how come chalet gt frog? so funny lorhs. we even borrow a cup of water for some effect. but din use it, cos it will be toxic. den i called ening, that moment was sooooo excited and anxious. he din answer i see still gt light. He suppose to off the light so i call again.. The light off, and someone shouted"walao" lols. think shuld be shilam, and ening open the door for us
Jiamin still lighting candle. im like faster faster lols. so i just went in and started the bdae song. soon jiamin came in haha it was quite loud. so the atmoshepre is there. and den see the 3 shocked face was soooo funny. den eat cake, give present. i hope they like the present after which... sparkling juice..
bought 2 bottles different fav de sparkling juice, so 6-6. cup line up... and yum seh. everyone so enthu... haha. i just like the atmoshepre.! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....................
after which, me yvonne and caroline went bathe the rest played murderer. i cannot stand the floor so dirty and sticky after i bathe so i din join the game. we 3 played daidee upstair.. so funny. esp caroline. cannot trust her.lols
she say she no pair, den J,Q,A, 2 pair came out wen she say she gt pair, i tot a lot, end up 1 pair only. zzz. Lols, we burst out laughing. den i put 4 diamond. both of them pass. 4 dimaond so small. and their cards left soooo many. damn funny...
afterwhich, joe came. he lended us keyboard while jiamin wen bathing. so i listen to the pre-recorded song. and sang slient night. long din sing feel damn good. i mean with keyboard.
den the rest went bathing. i really cannot tahan. den i mop the floor. 3 X cos i mop first time still sticky second time with the hand soap third time with water again.
den the rest came back no choice but to ask them wait cos haven dry yet. den they came in. alvin, bh, jiamin and shilam started mahjong. me, caroline, yvonne, ening, darui and joe stayed upstair. i den sing once again slient night. darui say can sleep. gD. it must be too peaceful den can sleep de mah.!yeahs
den we sing beipan. with ening playing keyboard, joe guitar and me singing. den shirley join. i feel so tired and sing till quite bad and throat pain so i din carry on. they continue to sing. i dunno go where better so i just walk ard, go upstair and downstair. wash cup, wash this and that.
cos upstair too noisy and no space downstair playing mahjong nth to do. so just sit at staircase. chatting with yvonne. den darui came out. prank call johnson.opps sorry
den we went out eat breakfast at mac to my surprise, i saw Amy, i tot she came with shili some CCA chalet or whatsoeva. but wen u say where's shili she like blur den i noe they din came tgt de den we went watch sunrise. came back no space to sleep alr. cos everybody sleeping..
den very de tired the three of us just sleep by lying on the table. i sleep until very xinku... the aftermath effect is very de pain.... hand + leg pain (due to long hrs standing bbq+ walk too much) +
my face very de hot b'cos: i sleep under the fan tot nt cold. but is very de cold and i din wear jacket. and i dun wanna move ard cos very pain de leg. and i still wan my sleep.
i think many was shocked by my unfeeling well-ness. really sorry, but i dun meant it that way too. it just super duper unwell. face too hot, and leg too pain..
